How much is Business Broadband?
A. Starting at just €20 per month (ex VAT), you get faster speeds, no contention with a free modem, easy self installation, and an optional wireless modem.
What are the set up costs?
A. There are no set up costs for easy self installation. No connection fee and your modem and filters are provided free of charge.
What are my payment options?
A. A monthly direct debit payment is charged in advance and taken from either your company bank account or company credit card. Download an application form (pdf) here.

What is the contention ratio?
A. Contention ratio of say 20:1 means that in the worst case you may only get one 20th of the bandwidth that you expect. When you are a Smart Telecom customer, you don't have to worry about contention ratios because you will be connected to the Smart Telecom Next Generation network - the Smart NGN which is designed for high speed data, voice and video services. Can I easily install Smart Business Broadband myself?

How do I order?
A. Use the line checker to see if Smart Telecom is available in your area.
How long before my broadband connection is working?
A. It can take up to 12 days from the time we receive your completed customer authorisation form and direct debit mandate.
How long is the contract term?
A. There is a 12 month commitment required.
If I have a broadband connection with another provider, what will I do about cancelling it?
